This assignment aims to support the preparation of an integrated and implementable plan for multi-sectoral infrastructure rehabilitation and reconstruction in disaster-affected areas of Northern Sumatra on both the entire Northern Sumatera region and provincial level. The plan will translate post-disaster risk conditions, changes in physical characteristics, and system considerations into prioritized, phased, and investment-ready interventions in accordance with the principles of BBBSS, while supporting economic recovery and sustainable settlement development.
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan
The technical qualifications of the consulting firm will be assessed primarily based on its demonstrated experience in assignments of a similar nature. Relevant experience will be evaluated considering the scope of services, technical complexity, nature of activities, and objectives of the assignments.
The consulting firm should demonstrate relevant experience in assignments related to infrastructure planning, disaster risk management, post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction, or other comparable multi-sector infrastructure planning activities.
Experience in assignments financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), or similar institutions, will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience working with national universities or research institutions is also considered an advantage, as it may demonstrate the firm’s ability to integrate academic and research-based inputs into policy-oriented planning processes.
